No headway with Insurance Company

When I has rear-ended while sitting dead still in traffic, the insurance company first tried to say I was not a passenger in the car and after that they came up with all kinds of other stonewalling activities to keep me from obtaining a fair settlement. Roger is very clever and knows how the insuranc...e companies try to give you the run around and is very patient and persistent with the letter of the law. He outsmarted them and squelched the agent at every turn and within a year obtained a settlement I could never have obtained on my own.

Great, Honest lawyer

Roger is one of the sharpest, best lawyers I know. I would not hesitate to use him again and to recommend him to anyone. He sucessfully defended me in a bogus lawsuit involving the sale of my second home to a disgruntled buyer.
