Biography
I have practiced criminal defense law since 1986. I have done the majority of my work as a public defender working in the Colorado State Public Defender system for 20 years. I have also worked as a federal public defender and worked in private practice. I believe in my clients and fight hard for them. I have represented people charged with 1st Degree Murder, Assault, Sex Assault, Child Abuse, Fraud, Weapon offenses, Illegal Reentry, Drugs, False Information to a Pawn Broker, and DUI along with other charges. I was the president of the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar and worked on the board for numerous years leading up to it.
