Initially I thought she would help and support me, but after I thought I can trust her, she used her sarcasm and she turned the information on you. I felt very judged and she just shrugs her shoulders and I felt disregarded by her. She ended up just not responding to me or following up with the oppos...ing party unless I contacted her 4, 5 and 6 times. She just gave up on my case so I would recommend Desmond and others in her company as they seem to really care about you, and the case but I will not use Kerry again unfortunately.
