He also spent seven years as a criminal prosecutor, including time as a chief court prosecutor, managing heavy caseloads and directing trial strategy across a broad range of offenses. Earlier in his career, Andrew practiced at a boutique civil transactional firm in Texas, which sharpened his understanding of business realities.
