Results That Speak for Themselves

Will was fantastic from start to finish. He took on our terrible landlord and never ending roadblocks in our case with ease. He was strategic, thorough, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. What really stood out was his communication; timely updates, clear explanations, and zero guesswork on o...ur end. We felt supported and confident the entire time. I would absolutely work with him again and recommend him without hesitation.

Retaining Will Salkin at Robinson and Henry is the best choice you will ever make!

Let us preface by saying that initially we were not comfortable in hiring an attorney to assist us with an eviction case. Our primary concerns were based on the financial constraints and the uncertainty of working with an attorney. We had an initial consultation with Robinson and Henry and from tha...t point forward felt that they were the right firm for us. Our decision to retain Will Salkin to assist us with our eviction case was the absolute best decision we could have ever made. We faced multiple obstacles as it involved hostile family members that lived in the same household. As time progressed we were faced with continued harassment, threats to our personal safety and destruction of our home. The other party filed false charges against us with the Sheriff department not once but twice in an attempt to stop the eviction. Will was always available to guide us through each and every obstacle that the tenants threw at us. Will was the calming force behind all the chaos that the other party was throwing at us and kept us grounded. The uncertainty of the legal ramifications caused us so much stress and again, Will's calming demeanor and expertise guided us through every step of the way. Sami, Will's paralegal was also amazing and kept us informed of the continued barrage of Motions filed by the other party. Will took the time to discuss any and all situations that arose in our case and there was never a moment where we felt uniformed or not protected legally from the onslaught of issues that arose. Of course, ultimately due to the teamwork behind the scenes and in court we “won our eviction case!” We highly recommend Will at Robinson and Henry to anyone who is facing landlord/tenant disputes, HOA conflicts, and/or property disputes to not hesitate to retain his services. We are grateful to Will for his genuine concern, expertise and representation of our case. We can say with confidence that retaining his services will be one of the best legal decision you can make. We are so confident in our statement that if you need to reach out to us, please feel free to do so.
