Not only is Wendy Smock my counsel, she is my advocate. Ms. Smock is professional, smart, reliable, friendly and kind. I truly had one of the more difficult divorces that I have ever heard of and my experience with Ms. Smock was amazing. The opposing layer was from out of town, he didn’t know Colorado law or process and this was his first divorce case. Ms. Smock set clear expectations on what could possibly happen du...ring the process, she displays a practical approach to solving problems with opposing counsel and her court room demeanor was strong but always professional. While certainly no one wants to go court over a divorce, Ms. Smock worked tirelessly on my case and was always in my corner. She delivered an outcome that was very favorable to my personal situation and I would recommend her to anyone going though this difficult situation.

Attorney hired by my now ex. She did not meet deadlines. Ask for many extensions. Seemed to over commit herself. Gave excuses, her questions for both her own client and cross examination in court were filled with bumbling stumbling verbiage with very little direction. Rude and unprofessional to th...e judge. Wasted court time. Needs serious work on speaking with concise and direct questioning. Did NOT prepare her witnesses. I didn’t consult or hire. Had to choose one to give a review. I’d give 0 stars if that were an option

Wendy is very nice and friendly but acts as a mediator not a lawyer. she does not fight for her clients and charged us so much money and did nothing. we ended up having a bill for 7000 and did not even go to court. I will never go back to her or advise anyone to go to her. she is good with communicat...ing with you but thats because she wants to spend time and energy talking to you to get more money!
