Timothy C. Dudley

Timothy is a trial attorney specializing in the division of assets in complex marital estates. He has practiced for 15 years in both Colorado and Utah, mostly in domestic relations but also in business law, civil litigation, and criminal defense. Timothy’s favorite aspects of lawyering are advocating in the courtroom and strategizing for trial, but he is also committed to working collaboratively if possible to broker agreements when in his clients’ best interest.

Timothy obtained his law degree in 2009 from the Villanova University School of Law just outside of Philadelphia. He did graduate studies for a year at the London School of Economics in Public Policy and Administration. And he earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Utah. He also lived in Russia for two years, teaching English and doing volunteer work; he is proficient in Russian.

Outside work, Timothy enjoys spending time with his three children, engaging in sports such as skiing, mountain biking, trail running, and tennis, and working on creative projects.
