If transparency, accountability, and clear communication are important to you, I would think twice before choosing Ragab Law Fir

If transparency, accountability, and clear communication are important to you, I would think twice before choosing Ragab Law Firm. My biggest concern with this firm was not the cost of legal services—I have no issue paying for services that are properly communicated and provided. My concern was th...e lack of transparency surrounding communication and billing, and how the situation was handled when those concerns were raised. I want to specifically address my experience with Amy Casey, because her handling of the situation was the most disappointing part of this experience. When the billing concerns were brought to the firm’s attention, Amy acknowledged the mistakes, apologized, and took accountability in her own words. However, despite that acknowledgment, the underlying issue was not resolved. Instead, the interaction became increasingly frustrating, with communication that I experienced as rude, passive-aggressive, and dismissive. What was particularly disappointing was that I was the actual client, yet Amy would not directly address me and instead continued speaking to my business partner, who was simply there with me. I expected to be treated with basic professional courtesy and to have my concerns heard directly. Instead, Amy walked away from the conversation without allowing me to fully explain my concerns. There was very little empathy or willingness to listen. To me, accountability means more than simply saying you’re sorry or acknowledging that a mistake was made—it means taking action to correct the problem. Actions speak louder than words. Once a firm acknowledges that mistakes were made, the expectation should be that those mistakes are addressed rather than simply explained away. There were also significant concerns regarding billing transparency. At the beginning of the process, invoices were sent showing $0.00, despite there ultimately being detailed billing associated with the work. Only after we raised a formal complaint did a detailed invoice suddenly become available. Again, my concern was never about paying for legitimate legal work. I will gladly pay for services I receive. The issue is whether the client is clearly informed about what is being billed and given accurate documentation along the way. As for Moses, who handled my case, I want to be fair and distinguish my experience with him from my experience with the firm’s administration. Moses was great to work with overall, although communication was not always at the level I would have expected based on the communication standards the firm represents that it provides. Sammi was also a positive part of my experience. He was kind, communicated with us, apologized for what occurred, and ultimately helped resolve the situation. I genuinely appreciated his professionalism and willingness to address the issue. That is the reason this review is not lower than two stars. That said, staff represent the firm, and ultimately the firm’s leadership is responsible for how clients are treated and how mistakes are handled. A client’s experience should not depend on which person happens to be handling the issue. I am leaving this review because I believe clients deserve transparency, clear communication, accountability, and respect—especially when something goes wrong. My experience with Moses and Sammi was positive in important ways, but my experience with Amy Casey and the firm’s handling of the billing and communication issues significantly overshadowed those positives. I would not recommend working with Amy Casey based on my experience. If you choose Ragab Law Firm, I would strongly recommend making sure you understand exactly how billing will be handled and that all communication regarding fees and services is documented from the beginning.

No communication, too much billing

Do not trust the Google reviews. Honest reviews like mine are removed. This is a money grabbing firm that doesn’t care about the clients. The firm bills TWICE A MONTH and instantly charges interest if you don’t pay immediately. No one returns calls from the billing department. You cannot get anyo...ne to communicate with you. Sami doesn’t check his emails. The attorneys are constantly leaving so it’s a new lawyer on your case every month and then they charge you to learn everything. I had to take my case elsewhere after spending way to much money. Do not hire them.

Unprofessional Firm, do not recommend at all

Stay away from these cons. Update 3/30: I had disputed the charges because the work the firm provided was useless, and Sami threatened me over email. If I didn’t comply, he threatened to sue me for further damages. All this for measly $500. This is clearly a firm that does not do right by the ...client and extorts money through threats. I would advise using Common Paper instead of using this unprofessional firm. Update: I heard back from the Sami and he informed me about a change at the firm. He personally responded to the matter professionally and apologized for the delay and miscommunication. He sent me some generic templates, which were not useful. I ended up choosing Common Paper, which is a free agreement generator for startups. Original review: The initial consult made me think that they could get the job done. I signed retainer and I never received my documents or response to my numerous follow ups. I also talked to the front desk multiple times and they said someone would call me back. No one has called. Do not recommend working with Cody Riley and Chris Jacob. If you are a small business, I would stay away from this firm.

Very expensive for poor work.

I was thrilled when I first spoke to Dianna in intake. I thought I had found the perfect firm. But Sami never answered his emails. Then I got sent to a new attorney who was either fired or quit. Now I’m on my third attorney and it is costing me a lot of money for them to catch up on my case. Where th...e hell is the management and structure in this firm? I’m paying thousands of dollars for multiple attorneys that call keep failing me. And it’s all because Sami is a terrible attorney.
