Do not trust the Google reviews. Honest reviews like mine are removed. This is a money grabbing firm that doesn’t care about the clients. The firm bills TWICE A MONTH and instantly charges interest if you don’t pay immediately. No one returns calls from the billing department. You cannot get anyo...ne to communicate with you. Sami doesn’t check his emails. The attorneys are constantly leaving so it’s a new lawyer on your case every month and then they charge you to learn everything. I had to take my case elsewhere after spending way to much money. Do not hire them.

Stay away from these cons. Update 3/30: I had disputed the charges because the work the firm provided was useless, and Sami threatened me over email. If I didn’t comply, he threatened to sue me for further damages. All this for measly $500. This is clearly a firm that does not do right by the ...client and extorts money through threats. I would advise using Common Paper instead of using this unprofessional firm. Update: I heard back from the Sami and he informed me about a change at the firm. He personally responded to the matter professionally and apologized for the delay and miscommunication. He sent me some generic templates, which were not useful. I ended up choosing Common Paper, which is a free agreement generator for startups. Original review: The initial consult made me think that they could get the job done. I signed retainer and I never received my documents or response to my numerous follow ups. I also talked to the front desk multiple times and they said someone would call me back. No one has called. Do not recommend working with Cody Riley and Chris Jacob. If you are a small business, I would stay away from this firm.

I was thrilled when I first spoke to Dianna in intake. I thought I had found the perfect firm. But Sami never answered his emails. Then I got sent to a new attorney who was either fired or quit. Now I’m on my third attorney and it is costing me a lot of money for them to catch up on my case. Where th...e hell is the management and structure in this firm? Sami (owner of this Ragab), I'll never forget what you and your team have done to ruin my business: Key issues: Excessive Fees Without Any Clear Value - I was charged over $26,000, yet when I repeatedly asked Ragab Law Firm to provide a clear, factual list of what value they contributed to my case, they failed to do so. Despite their claims of "significant time and expertise," their attorneys admitted to having no consistent strategy, made multiple mistakes, and even missed critical deadlines. Their inability to articulate any meaningful accomplishments completely underscores the lack of value they provided. I (and my business) would have been way better off never meeting them. Poor Communication and Wasted Time - Over the course of this case, I worked with five different attorneys, and each time, we essentially had to start over. This wasted both time and money, and their team even admitted they didn't have a consistent strategy because no attorney had been involved long enough to fully understand the case. Lack of Expertise - Their team claimed to have significant expertise but their mishandling of the case proved otherwise. I found out--completely on my own--the solution that would resolve the issue. This could have been addressed months earlier if they had truly understood employment law. Dismissive Responses - When I asked for a clear explanation of what their firm accomplished (any value whatsoever), I received vague responses and no meaningful answers. My request for a detailed, factual list of their accomplishments went unanswered. Instead, they stood by their inflated billing and justified tasks that added no value to my case. Resolution Came from My Own Work - Despite their claims, the resolution to my case came entirely from my own efforts. Their team acted as little more than a sounding board, providing no proactive or effective solutions. Ragab Law Firm's lack of professionalism, transparency, and organization not only failed to protect my business but left me in a far worse position than when I started. Their actions were not only unhelpful but actively harmful, resulting in a dire financial situation. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do yourself a favor and avoid Ragab Law Firm at all costs. This was one of the most expensive and stressful mistakes I've ever having them represent me and my business. I'll continue to tell my story and reveal the truth about this company.
