I retained Ryan T Shaffer at Taft Law Firm for probate litigation services, with an hourly rate of $570. My experience was extremely disappointing, as the quality of the representation and work did not align with the high billing rate. Despite mentions of an assistant and paralegal, all work was bill...ed at the full rate, which raised concerns about transparency. I expected more substantive legal work for the cost. I recommend seeking a different attorney who delivers results commensurate with their fees and communicates clearly with their clients, and save the legalize jargon for the court documents.
