Roger and his peers provided timely service and always keep the customer very clear about what's going to happen and roughly when it will happen. The transparent communication is very good for customer since most of those legal processes take a few months to complete and visibility will greatly help ...customers manage their expectation.

I really appreciate Roger and his assistant, Susan very much! It was four month ago started. I should have got a visa for nonmalignant worker in US since my work will start in Nov. I felt I did not have much time and also I heard It is not easy to get O1-A visa. So my challenging to get the v...isa started with the support from Roger and Susan. Especially Susan had really supported me well. Basically we communicated by e-mail very frequently between two countries, Salt Lake city in US and Okinawa in Japan. We really worked together well. Based on the time-line of getting visa, we pushed our work strategically. And when I asked any question to them, they quickly replied well. 15 hours time gap between two countries gave us difficulty to control time-line precisely when the climax came just around the corner, say one week time loss was not allowed since my relocation and move to US was planed in several weeks ahead. We contacted very often and took an action precisely. Finally I have got the visa just two weeks before my leaving to US. I would like to make expression again, Thank you, and ARIGATO GOZAIMASU. Ken
