Robert Hinckley is the Managing Shareholder of Buchalter’s Denver office and Co-Chair of the Firm’s Litigation Group. With a background as a former prosecutor, Mr. Hinckley brings a wealth of trial experience to his practice in Colorado and California. He has served a diverse clientele, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small and medium-sized privately held businesses, with a focus on commercial and corporate litigation. He has successfully litigated cases in multiple states, including Colorado, California, Florida, Texas, and Delaware, handling a variety of contractual disputes, business separations, and real estate matters. Additionally, Mr. Hinckley has a strong employment practice, providing risk management and litigation counseling for employers. He is also well-versed in complex product contamination cases, representing specialty insurance carriers on a national and international level. Mr. Hinckley is known for his practical approach to addressing the complex challenges his clients face, offering tailored solutions to their legal needs. Currently, he serves as Vice President of the Executive Committee for the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association, a prominent legal organization dedicated to defending civil actions and upholding fairness in the justice system.
