Excellent Transaction/Contract Attorney

We contacted Robert on short notice while in the middle of a sale for our business. Our previous attorney wasn’t meeting deadlines and delaying the closing. Robert came on board as our lead counsel and did an EXCELLENT job, he was extremely thorough and sharp in his work. In addition to being thorou...gh and diligent on his review of our 60+ page contract Robert also turned around items extremely fast. We had a short deadline for a large and complex transaction, Robert meet every deadline we had and did an excellent job representing our interests. I’ve worked with a lot of attorney’s and I can tell you 100% Robert is one of the best attorneys I’ve worked with. Robert is extremely sharp and works extremely hard for his clients; I would highly recommend Robert to anyone in need of an attorney.
