Michele Jean Rowland

I have known Michele for sometime now -- first s a colleague and now as both a colleague and friend. Though we practice in different areas of the law, aside from beingan expert in business law and all matters related, Michele is one of those lawyers a colleague can call for an opinion or advise at a... moments notice. And more impressively, on topics that do not involve her daily practice, when given a brief synopsis, always asks the right questions to get to the heart immediately and once there, always has the right answer as well as the right direction one should proceed, often directions, I had never thought of. This is, hands down, the mark of an excellent attorney in addition to a brilliant person. Her generosity in her willingness to assist and answering questions of her fellow colleagues, regardless of the area of the law or subject matter f the inquiry, in addition, is indicative of not only her admirable character, integrity and selflessness, but also extremely indicative of her confidence in herself and her abilities as an attorney and scholar of the law -- ne who is extremely hardworking, always has a full plate yet always finds the time to assist other lawyers. In short, if she can educate us lawyers, one can be assured she is extremely adept at educating others, including the Bench and others in negotiations to see views they likely have never considered. If I ever needed an attorney for business matters or anything related to it, Michele would not only be my top choice, she would be my ONLY choice.
