Tells you the truth

I’m ignorant of how things should work in the legal world and I felt Michael told me the truth. I believe it was the truth because some of it wasn’t very positive to my case. When I interviewed other attorneys, they didn’t have a single bad thing to say and just that I had a great case. Cost ...wise, I don’t think anyone likes paying for an expense like this but the final bill was reasonable. When moments were time sensitive, he called me at night or weekends and I always felt like he was my legal champion. Finally, I feel like I won.

Wonderful attorney - wonderful outcome

I had the displeasure of being named as a Defendant in a lawsuit against a former business partner. While I had no personal or professional liability, once named, I was forced to defend myself. I hired Michael Frandina as my attorney. This litigation went on for 4 years. The Plaintiff sought delay af...ter delay in an effort to force a settlement. When we finally got to trial, Mr. Frandina was well prepared. He was in command of the facts and was able to represent me well in the courtroom. His respectful courtroom etiquette pleased the judge and was a harsh contrast to the sloppy and dis-organized plaintiff counsel. After three days of trial, it was obvious to the court that Mr. Frandina had a reasonable answer to every accusation and the Plaintiff and his counsel could not support their accusations with evidence. On the fourth day, Plaintiff threw in the towel and accepted a settlement of zero and a dismissal of the case with prejudice. While I did not enjoy being sued, paying legal fees for 4 years, or being on trial, I did enjoy being represented by Mr. Frandina. He did a commendable job comprehending a complex case and was perfectly prepared for trial. He was cool, calm and respectful in the courtroom. The judge was pleased with his conduct. I highly recommend Mr. Frandina should you be unfortunate enough to require counsel to represent you.

Responsive, helpful and smart

I engaged Michael for a short time to prepare for litigation against a service provider. Michael analyzed my case needs and gave me a strong proposal promptly. Mike was easy to work with, competent and supportive. Considering I am located outside the USA and not even American I was very grateful for ...his attention, service and care. I highly recommend him.
