Matthew Stephen Rork

Matthew S. Rork focuses on complex commercial litigation with a focus on construction related matters. His experience also includes business litigation, real estate litigation, bankruptcy litigation, intellectual property litigation and securities litigation.

Matthew has represented contractors, engineers, developers and owners in complex construction litigation and business-related disputes. Matthew has also handled commercial and heavy civil construction, including subway tunneling construction, hotel and office complex construction, marina anchorage construction, residential construction and mixed-use development, power plants, waste-water management facilities, micro-tunneling, pipeline construction, and residential developments.

Matthew served as associate editor of the Law Review at Willamette University College of Law, where he received his law degree.
