Mark Gary Grueskin

Mark Grueskin is a shareholder at Recht Kornfeld P.C. in Denver. He regularly advises nonprofit organizations about laws pertaining to campaign finance matters, ballot initiatives, and ethics and lobbying requirements. He represents clients before the Federal Election Commission, the Colorado Secretary of State, and local election officials around the state. He often drafts election-related legislation and regulations. In 2011, Campaigns & Elections Magazine called him “Colorado’s best election lawyer, bar none,” and Law Week Colorado named him a Lawyer of the Year in 2009, 2012, and 2014. Mark received his law degree from American University Law School, where he was a senior editor of the Law Review and recipient of the T. Morton MacDonald Scholarship Award for Outstanding Legal Research. He received his undergraduate degree with honors in economics from the University of Pennsylvania. 4/18
