"Very unfair because she sides with the government in every child abuse case. Allows emergent motions without any notice to the parent and holds hearings whether the parent is prepared or not. Allows expert witness testimony from strangers to the case and openly proclaims her relationships with attorneys on the case and asserts her faith in their trustworthiness. Unbelievably manipulative. Changes the course of a case midstream and causes lawyers to quit and children to be sequestered in supervised visitation. Appears to have links to local supervised visitation facilities and refers parents to these. Openly criticizes pro hac vice counsel for using out of state terminology and then seeks input from fellow Coloradoans as to whether they too do not understand out of state counsel. This judge does child protective proceedings and indeed in her court room anything goes as long as the government wins."
