Joel Allen Miley

Joel is originally from Washington State and received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon, where he majored in Political Science and minored in Business Administration. Joel attended law school at New England Law, located in Boston, Massachusetts, where he received his Juris Doctor Degree with concentrations in Trusts and Estates and Family Law. While Joel pursued his Juris Doctor degree, he served on the executive board for several organizations, including the Tax Law Society and Law School Democrats. Joel was also honored with New England Law’s Public Service Honor Roll for his Pro Bono work during his 1L year.

Joel began his legal career with Law One and was sworn under oath to the Colorado Bar in October of 2023. While practicing at Law One, Joel has been given the opportunity to gain valuable experience in matters relating to Personal Injury, Business Law, Estate Planning, Probate Litigation, and Family Law.

Joel has conducted several jury trials, extensive bench trials, various family law and probate proceedings, and has successfully secured a $1.35 million judgment for a dog bite victim.
