Jerry assists owner associations in collecting assessments through several means with escalating consequences the longer assessments remain unpaid. This includes:  Demand letters  Notice of Assessment Liens  County Court Lawsuits  Association Assessment Lien Foreclosures  Receiverships  Garnishments  Claims against bankrupt owners  Collection of Judgments The firm offers two choices for collections, one based on our attached fee schedule and the other based on contingency.

Jerry assists owner associations with covenant and rule enforcement, including preparation of demand letters for compliance, recording of notices of violation, litigation to obtain court orders to require compliance and consultation with the association on all means of seeking/obtaining compliance. When disputes occur and lawsuits are filed by the association or against it, Jerry represents the association. The firm's litigation team is experienced at representing owner associations.
