Jennifer Carroll Rogers

In 2013, after practicing law for ten years, Jennifer C. Rogers started ROGERS LAW. Jennifer began her practice in 2003 with a mid-sized law firm in downtown Denver and remained with that firm until 2013. At her previous firm, Jennifer’s practice focused on real estate, foreclosure, mortgage finance, evictions, residential and commercial real estate transactions, business entity formation and advice. Over the last ten years she has successfully handled numerous hearings and trials on behalf of her clients.

Jennifer’s clients have been primarily national mortgage banking institutions, real estate investors, and small business owners. In her previous practice, Jennifer assisted her clients with real estate litigation, as well as, transactional work related to real estate, real estate finance, business transactions, and title related issues.

Jennifer has been a frequent speaker and has participated on panels around the county at national conferences and seminars related to the mortgage industry. She has lectured on foreclosure and post-foreclosure related issues, eviction law, and regulatory compliance issues related to recent mortgage related legislation and federal laws.

            At ROGERS LAW, Jennifer’s practice is focused on assisting individuals and small businesses, in addition to the traditional banking industry clients, with real estate transactions, contested issues related to real estate, foreclosure actions, evictions, business entity formation, drafting and reviewing business and real estate contracts, residential and commercial leases, and wills and estate planning.

Jennifer is a member of the American Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, and the Real Estate section of the CBA. She is also a founding member and current board member of the Colorado Creditors Bar Association and an active member in the Colorado Women’s Bar Association.
