Jason M. Lynch represents plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of complex commercial disputes and business matters. Mr. Lynch is experienced in handling contract disputes, securities fraud litigation, class actions, government investigations, cases involving alleged breaches of professional or fiduciary duties, disputes arising from private investments and the sale of companies, and many other types of cases. He is also an experienced appellate advocate and has won cases in state and federal appellate courts.
