I prepare development documents such as purchase and sale agreements, restrictive covenants, condominium declarations, and easement agreements for large residential and commercial projects. I have negotiated annexation agreements and development agreements with a number of municipalities and counties. I have represented developers in negotiating numerous construction contracts for developers.

My real estate practice has primarily focused on commercial real estate transactions and the purchase and sale of large residential projects, including condominiums. I represent clientss in connection with the purchase or sale of their personal residences occasionally.

My commercial real estate practice has included the purchase and sale of shopping centers and office buildings in the Denver metropolitan area and the development of resort properties in Colorado mountain communities. I have handled condohotel conversions and creation of residential condominiums. I have represented the developer of a 6000 acre resort in the Colorado mountains.

I have appeared before planning commissions, city councils and county commissioners to obtain approval of large residential and commercial developments along the Colorado Front Range and mountain resort communities. Negotiations with planning directors and city managers are an important part of this practice.
