I assist clients in registering their software, audiio, visual, textual or graphic works, books, plays, photos and any other creation capable of being registered. As part of counseling clients, I advise as to areas of risk and ways to avoid them, including contracts, licenses, employment agreements and more generally by educating them as to the law and how it impacts their business and creative pursuits.
