Biography
I have been a lawyer, writer and teacher of law for forty years.
I have taught at five law schools, earned tenure, served as a partner at two national law firms, published many law-related articles and three nonfiction books. The recent feature film HAVANA 57 was based on a series of novels I wrote.
I continue to practice law -- and do accept clients -- as Special Counsel to the law firm of Sweetbaum Sands Anderson P.C. I specialize in business and transactional work.
