Steve represents and advises individuals, small businesses, and financial institutions in all facets of commercial and real estate litigation. He has managed cases from the pre-litigation stages through trial in both state and federal courts. Steve excels in assessing clients' risks and liabilities and identifying the most effective and efficient methods of resolving disputes.
Steve attended DePaul University College of Law where he also gained invaluable experience as an intern for the Honorable Jack B. Schmetterer of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois and with the Office of the U.S. Trustee. During law school Steve also served as a Rule 711 licensed law student with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services advocating for indigent clients in the areas of Family Law, Bankruptcy, and Guardianships.
As a Colorado native and outdoor enthusiast, Steve enjoys spending time with his family any chance he gets in the great outdoors.
