For almost two decades, Floyd has litigated business, civil rights, commercial, energy, employment, whistleblower, and white collar matters in federal and state courts across the country. He has successfully represented public and private companies, as well as individuals and local governmental entities, in complex matters involving a wide range of issues across a broad spectrum of industries and fields.
