Eric R. Holway

Mr. Holway is a partner and owner of Dickinson Prud’Homme Holway Hoffman, LLP.  He has spent the entirety of his legal career as a civil litigator in the fields of medical malpractice defense and hospital defense, representing health care providers throughout Colorado in legal actions brought against them.  Mr. Holway also has extensive experience handling cases in the fields of professional negligence, insurance defense and subrogation, personal injury defense, premises liability, and product liability. 

Mr. Holway received his Bachelor's degree from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota.  After working as a Senior Credit Manager for Wells Fargo Financial and a Contract Negotiator for United Launch Alliance, he chose to pursue a legal career.  

Mr. Holway graduated with his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law.  While at UD, he received the CALI Award of Excellence in Intellectual Property and was nominated into the Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court.  He was also elected as a member of the Honors Council.

Outside of work, Mr. Holway enjoys spending time with his wife and three children in beautiful Colorado.  He loves coaching his son's lacrosse team and attending his children's basketball and soccer games.  He also enjoys playing basketball, lacrosse and golf himself in his (very limited) spare time.
