After the pre-consult/consultation, we entered into an agreement with Eric based on specific tasks that we wanted to be accomplished for our case. He said he understood, agreed to fulfill the conditions, & complete the tasks - yet we did not receive the services that were promised to us. We were ...upfront about the challenges, hardships, & injustices we had faced within this court case going on 8+ years. Eric has left us high & dry while knowing our Children are in serious danger. Shutting down our urgent concerns while belittling our safety. Eric suddenly announced his withdrawal after taking our money but not responding to & pretending we did not explain our requests clearly or repeat them many times. The requests were urgent & time-sensitive; by Eric not filing or following up, these pivotal deadlines were missed, drastically changing the trajectory of our legal options & outcomes. Eric operated in ways as if he was heavily invested in the Opposing Party's interests; advocating for their wants & never opposing anything that they said or did. His behavior appeared like he was working with the Opposing Party; by suppressing our voice, denying/not doing what we requested, & supporting anything that they asked for. He often downplayed their oppositional behavior & made excuses for their inappropriate/unprofessional actions.
