Drew Jagoda Horowitz

Drew J. Horowitz, Esq. is an experienced transactional attorney in the Greater Denver Area. His real estate practice serves clients ranging from commercial tenants and landlords to private equity firms focused on multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial real estate investments across the country. Drew's business law practice assists clients in matters across the board, including corporate structuring and mergers and acquisitions, and serves as "outside general counsel" to small to medium sized businesses and start-ups.

Mr. Horowitz is a member of the the Real Estate Law and Business Law sections of the Colorado Bar Association, as well as member of the Colorado Judicial Institute. He serves as an active member of the Denver community through the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, as a representative of the Denver Bar Association Board of Trustees, and as a volunteer attorney through the Metro Volunteer Lawyers. While pursuing his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) at the Florida A&M University College of Law, Drew received several academic accolades, including awards in Property Law and Contract Law, served as a Teaching Assistant for Constitutional Law, and was invited to compete in the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition.

Drew was raised by a family of lawyers and entrepreneurs and received his Bachelor of the Arts in Philosophy at the University of Central Florida. He is a passionate rock climber, traveller, and student of literature and history. In his free time, he enjoys spending his time with his family and golden retriever, Charlie.
