Dominick Sekich

A dedicated and responsive attorney, Dominick provides strategic counsel to clients in complex real estate, corporate, communications, internet, utilities, and regulatory matters. As part of his real estate practice, Dominick focuses on industrial real estate developers and industrial users, including breweries and distilleries. Dominick’s practice areas also concentrate on agriculture, ag tech, “green” building principles, energy conservation and environmentally sustainable development. 

Dominick advises companies concerning business planning and formation, entity structures, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, strategic negotiations, finance, and vendor relationships, as well as intellectual property licensing and use agreements. He also represents clients in a variety of real estate matters including real estate development, conveyancing, leasing, and land use matters. He is a LEED Accredited Professional.
