Daniel Edwin Evans

I am a partner in the Denver office of Gordon & Rees, practicing in the Construction and Commercial Litigation groups.

I am an experienced litigator and trial attorney with more than 20 years of successfully representing general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, owners, developers, and suppliers in construction disputes.

My practice includes handling construction defect, delay and disruption, acceleration, Miller Act, and warranty disputes. I have litigated claims involving the design and construction of hospitals, restaurants, apartment complexes, public spaces, solids-handling facilities, federal construction projects, and multi-family residential communities.

I also have significant experience litigating business disputes unrelated to construction.

I have successfully tried cases in state and federal courts, including the United States Court of Federal Claims and the ICC International Court of Arbitration.

I also regularly help clients develop and implement dispute resolution strategies prior to litigation being initiated.
