Christopher Stephen Mills

I am a civil litigator focusing on business and complex commercial disputes. I handle a variety of matters, including fraud, RICO / COCCA, breach of contract, Uniform Commercial Code, real property, tort, securities, constitutional, and intellectual property claims. I have also represented individuals and creditors in receiverships. I have litigated cases with amounts at issue as high as $1.4 billion, and have practiced before federal and state trial and appellate courts, government agencies, and arbitration panels. I have experience with cases of all size, but tend to gravitate towards complex matters. I have extensive experience with document-intensive e-discovery, and have successfully briefed and argued many motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment. I am also an accomplished trial attorney, having taken cases to trial in both federal and state court.
