I have known and worked with Cecil Morris on a regular basis over many years. He is an extremely competent litigation lawyer who advocates forcefully and effectively for his clients while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity. He is thorough and cares greatly for the interests of his clients. His extensive work on legal ethics places him in the forefront of counsellors to and advocates for other lawyers on ethical matters.
