Biography
Brad's past experience includes representing some of the nation's largest insurance carriers and financial institutions in a variety of matters, including: complex civil litigation, products liability, insurance litigation, consumer finance litigation, banking and finance, receiverships, defense of Truth in Lending Act claims, copyright infringement, and debtor-creditor disputes.
Brad founded Attain Legal to provide legal representation to working-class people who earn too much to qualify for free legal services, but also do not make enough to pay full price for legal counsel. The mission of Attain Legal is to provide a public service so that access to the justice system is available to everyone.
Brad earned his law degree cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law. While in law school, he was a member of the San Diego International Law Journal, the USD National Mock Trial Team, and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Janis L. Sammartino of the United States District Court, Southern District of California. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of South Florida.
