Benjamin Floyd moved to Denver from South Carolina to attend the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law. He fell in love with Denver and thoroughly enjoyed the pace and challenge of law school. Right out of law school, Ben joined a large family law firm with over 20 attorneys. There, he was quickly exposed to a wide breadth of divorce issues ranging from complicated tax and trust issues to extreme domestic violence. Fortunately, Ben has a deep affinity for highly complicated cases involving business assets and high-conflict family law matters, so he quickly became a rising star in his practice area. Ben embraces the trust placed in him by his clients and enjoys the individual challenges that come with each case. He is highly experienced in identifying potential legal and financials issues for his clients, and regularly works with experts in other fields to his clients’ benefit.

As you may have guessed by now, Ben doesn’t have a lot of downtime. When he does find time to escape the virtual office, he enjoys a mostly quiet lifestyle, playing tennis, hiking, or spoiling his cats (Banks and Jupiter).
