Bailey Christine Pompea

Bailey Pompea practices general civil litigation in both state and federal courts, with a focus in commercial, insurance, construction and bankruptcy litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Bailey practiced civil litigation in the Bay Area, California, where she was successful in litigating complex cases and negotiating favorable settlements in both court and arbitral proceedings. After moving back to Denver, she worked as an associate at a well-known Colorado-based personal injury and mass tort firm, where she frequently handled insurance claims and insurance bad faith cases. She now primarily represents individuals and small businesses in all phases of commercial litigation, including through arbitration and trial.

Bailey has experience as both a plaintiff and defense attorney, which gives her a unique perspective throughout the litigation process. She was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in both 2022 and 2023.

In her free time, Bailey enjoys traveling and hiking with her husband and dog, Mia, and exploring the Denver food scene.
