Biography
Anthony Giacomini is a partner at Reilly Pozner LLP.
He works primarily in the firm's class action practice group, focusing on multi-state class actions and products liability mass actions. Given his extensive experience with class actions, Mr. Giacomini has lectured on the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, which expanded federal jurisdiction over many large class action lawsuits and mass actions.
Aside from his class action practice, Mr. Giacomini represents plaintiffs in intellectual property litigation, trade secrets litigation, personal injury litigation and appellate law. Mr. Giacomini served as the managing attorney for more than 20 cases across the country protecting a national life insurance company’s trade secrets and non-competition agreements, achieving a significant amount of settlements and verdicts through temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions.
Currently, Mr. Giacomini spends much of his time managing the intake of mass tort products liability matters and administration of settlements in those cases.
