Joshua Rieck

Josh Rieck’s practice is focused exclusively on family law related matters, including divorce, allocation of parental rights, post-decree disputes, and child support. Prior to becoming an attorney, Josh worked as a law clerk for Griffiths Law and assisted in complex financial cases and high conflict parenting disputes.

Josh earned his Juris Doctorate from New York Law school, and his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado in Political Science. Josh received many honors for his high academic achievement during law school, including the merit based Dean’s scholarship. While attending law school, Josh worked with the Honorable Judge Veronica G Hummel for the Bronx Supreme Court, assisting on the civil docket with her. Throughout law school, Josh was a member of the Mediation clinic and conducted actual NYC small claims court mediations weekly. This provided him with a wealth of collaboration experience.

Before starting law school, Josh worked for two years in financial services which provided him with in depth financial knowledge on investments, retirement, and high asset funds.

Josh works on a team with one of Griffiths Law’s Shareholders where he learns invaluable lessons on the complexities of the court system, the rules of evidence, and being a zealous advocate for your client. Josh is passionate about helping individuals make the best out of a tough situation and move forward with the best financial outcome.

When he is not working, Josh enjoys exploring Denver, watching sports, and spending time with his fiancé, Tatyana, and their dog Dill.
