I contacted Mr. Dominick (Buck) in regards to an auto accident I had no fault in, the at fault insurance company was very friendly at first, however once I questioned their offer they suddenly became unpleasant and refused to continue negotiating with me and lowered their offer by over 10k. I immedia...tely contacted Buck and quickly regretted not consulting with him sooner. Although Buck was unable to take on my case, he provided me with knowledgable information and went out of his way to review documents for me and guide me on how to communicate with the at fault insurance company's claim agent.
