Brian Matlin

Brian Matlin established Matlin Injury Law with the belief that clients deserve a lawyer who truly cares. His career is rooted in dedicated service, ensuring clients receive genuine care, clear communication, and results that prioritize their needs. While many personal-injury firms chase profits, Brian remains focused on advocating for individuals. His passion for justice is fueled by a commitment to counteract the corner-cutting tactics of insurance companies, ensuring fair treatment for his community.

Brian's academic journey included studying psychology at the University of Colorado Boulder, followed by earning his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2019. His initial role involved managing the Colorado office of a national injury firm, but he soon sought a more personalized approach, prompting him to create Matlin Injury Law in August 2020.

Brian's practice reflects a “work to live” ethos, with family at the core of his life. He and his wife, Darden, have two sons and a dog, enjoying simple moments together at home with films and relaxed evenings. They also relish trips, hikes, and exploring new destinations across Colorado, enriching their lives with shared experiences.
