My name is Sean Simeson and I am an Associate Attorney at Baumgartner Law. Previously, I worked in plaintiff personal injury and workers’ compensation firms where I represented individuals against large insurance companies in state and federal courts. I also practice constitutional civil rights litigation by reporesenting people against governmental and institutional abuses of power.
