You may be able to qualify for a license in CO. We have helped several people who were suspended in IN.

Only a conviction counts. Nor can it be used against you at trial. The judge does have discretion, though, to toughen the sentence.

If you have a DWAI conviction you can never seal it. It stays on your record for life.
