Sarah Van Arsdale Berry

          Ms. Berry specializes in commercial litigation with the firm. She has been second chair on several large and complex commercial disputes, two of which went to trial before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. In addition to her commercial work, Ms. Berry has represented clients in several legal malpractice cases involving complex factual and legal issues. Ms. Berry has also handled a number of personal injury cases, as well as cases involving pharmacies and the dispensing of pharmaceuticals.

          Ms. Berry also specializes in appellate work. She has assisted in drafting a number of appellate briefs for both the Colorado Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. In connection with this work, Ms. Berry has appeared for oral argument before the Colorado Court of Appeals.

          Ms. Berry was recognized as an exceptional attorney who attained a degree of professional achievement when she was listed as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2010 and 2011. Rising Stars represent an elite group; no more than 2.5% of those eligible for consideration within the state are recognized.

          Ms. Berry speaks French fluently and has lived in France. She studied at the University of Nantes, France in the Spring of 1997.
