Biography
Ms. Quinlivan is a graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law where she served as Articles Editor for the West-Northwest Journal of Environmental Law and Policy.
Prior to joining the firm of Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine, she was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Carol E. Higbee in the Superior Court of New Jersey. She has also worked with the Western Environmental Law Center in Taos, New Mexico, as an intern with the U.S. Department of Justice in San Francisco, California and as an intern with the Denver, Colorado City Attorney's Office.
Ms. Quinlivan was recognized as an exceptional attorney who attained a degree of professional achievement when she was listed as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2010 and 2011.
