North Carolina PPD Calculations. If average weekly wage is $2000, do they use this or the $862 weekly maximum per 2012?

In most states the average weekly wage can be whatever you actually make but the state maximum keeps the benefit payout from going above that...

They may not have workers comp insurance or don't want to turn it in because they are worried their rates will go up. Either way its bad for you....
