The guy spend a considerable amount if time (a YEAR!) and couldn't get the basic facts straight ( like how many children I have, SERIOUSLY!) . I would have done better on my own than trusting him. He had no decent advice, so he came up with a solution that he himself said was impossible. Then, hel...d it against me and totally forgot it was his idea. You can see the confusion all over his face. Then he matter of factly makes an assumption, like he has a clue why we are even in there.

He was my ADC lawyer and effectively supported the prosecution entirely. He knew where his money was coming from and left me to hang. He did not come to work on a defense, showed up minutes before hearings, and rubber stamped the prosecution's case. He did not offer a defense, nor attempt to council ...me. I could have done better - or at least no worse pro se.
