Robinson & Henry Associate Andrew Lintner is a skilled litigator who enjoys helping clients navigate complex civil matters.

Andrew’s natural eye for detail gives him invaluable insight when reviewing and drafting complex contracts. He is adept at finding mistakes in contracts which can sway a case’s outcome.

Before joining R&H, Andrew worked for numerous Denver Metro area law firms and served as an in-house transactional attorney for one of the country’s largest homebuilders. He has tried, and prevailed in, jury cases in district courts along the Colorado Front Range, including a favorable outcome for a tetraplegic client in Larimer County.

• Medical Malpractice - Our client prevailed in a $29 million medical malpractice suit, successfully arguing that the plaintiff's comparative negligence caused his tetraplegia
• Personal Injury - Client won full defense verdict in Denver District Court, defeating a $300,000 claim for alleged head trauma and complications from a T-bone car accident
• Premises Liability - Successfully negotiated an $85,000 settlement relating to the trespass of water over our client's property as a result of negligent landscaping by the adjacent property owner
