I have used many business lawyers over the years and I can tell you that Susan is at the top of that list. She is smart and proactively brings up issues that have saved us missteps. She's also a wonderful people person, so very easy to deal and communicate with. She can handle complex issues. And ...- with all that - she still charges what we consider very reasonable rates.

Working with Susan has always been a joy. She has well established and organized tools for starting and running a business, but is also able to get creative and forge new territory if you are pushing into new frontiers. I did not have a good experience AT ALL with Susan Hodson in the sale of my business. Her communication was poor during the entire process - she didn't like to have anything questioned or do anything that wasn't her way. She didn't communicate that she was planning on attending the closing (document ...signing) of the transaction and tried to bill for unnecessary those services.

Susan was my corporate Attorney from 1998 through 2005. Not only was she a highly professional and knowledgeable Attorney, she was also the most compassionate, friendliest, and selfless person I have ever known. I cannot speak highly enough of her, and Susan if you read this, thank you for everything... you have done for me.
