Richard W Kautt

Mr. Kautt is licensed to practice law before the Colorado Supreme Court and has engaged in private practice for almost 26 years.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of probate, business and corporate law, and general estate planning.  His practice in the probate area also includes the clearing of title to oil, gas, and other mineral interests where title is in question.  He provides assistance in business entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, related real estate transactions, and trademarks.   

Prior to his private practice, he served as a career military lawyer (JAG) for 28 years in the United States Air Force, where he provided legal advice and representation as general counsel for medium and large size military bases, and served as  a prosecutor, defense counsel, and judge in military criminal courts.
