Rae Marusin is a dedicated litigation attorney who brings both experience and empathy to the clients she serves. Before joining Robinson & Henry, Rae focused on insurance defense litigation, including first-party insurance bad faith, third-party claims, and automobile coverage matters. She collaborated closely with in-house counsel and co-counsel to develop defense strategies, manage discovery, take depositions, and prepare cases for trial. Earlier in her career, Rae worked in corporate and regulatory roles—first as Assistant Corporate Counsel and later as a Senior Associate—where she gained valuable experience in compliance, risk assessment, and federal securities regulations.
